Sara Darby is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in 2006 before obtaining her RN from North Central Texas College in 2009. Sara spent more than a decade working as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, building a strong foundation in acute and critical care.
She later advanced her education by earning her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and achieved her Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification in 2019. Before joining Associates of Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery, Sara practiced at a private ENT clinic in Denton, Texas. Her diverse clinical background also includes experience in general and vascular surgery, urgent care, and vein treatment. In addition, she holds her Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) credential and brings valuable operating room experience assisting in surgical procedures.
Outside of her professional life, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Bobby, and their three boys. She loves traveling with her family, being outdoors, and cheering on her sons at their sporting events.
