The Ear Nose & Throat Centers of Texas currently include three office locations established by Dr. Ben Brindley, Dr. Gretchen A. Champion, Dr. Kenneth Hsu, Dr. Shane Pahlavan and Dr. Richard Thrasher in  Allen, McKinney and Plano. The Allen office is adjacent to Presbyterian Hospital of Allen in the Medical Office Building, while the McKinney location is in the Medical Office Building adjacent to the Medical Center of McKinney. Our Plano location is also located in the Medical Office Building next to Medical Center of Plano. At each location we provide care for all ages from birth to the elderly.

Our goal is to provide the most advanced care possible for our patients. To that end, we are utilizing the most innovative technology for patient management. This includes the implementation of a “paperless” office where all of our records are contained in an electronic medical record (EMR). As part of the EMR system, we have implemented a “patient portal” which allows you to request, cancel, and change appointments, view lab results, update your demographic information, request refills on medication prescribed by our practice, and e-mail us with questions regarding your health.

If you’re an established patient in our practice you are eligible to use the patient portal. Simply ask us and you’ll be provided with a username and password for immediate access.
