Speaking of Scrubs
Saturday, March 10th, 2012, 7:44 pmAs I mentioned below, Scrubs was as accurate of a portrayal of life as a resident as just about any medical drama I've watched. Dr. Cox was not too far off from at least one attending physician we all knew as residents. On those rare occasions where their humanity shone through, you could sometimes feel like they may be proud of the doctors they were "raising." Here's a scene from scrubs were JD is unsure as to why his attending let that humanity shine through.
To my Dr. Cox, who knows who he is and who occasionally pops in on this blog, thanks for helping me become the doctor you hoped I would be.
